Staying on top of something
Anything you want to watch, bring in, compare or get done starts in your own words.
The plan
Bomuno writes back what it understood, where the data will come from, what will happen, how often, and anything it would change outside Bomuno. If it needs to know something, it asks here. Say what is wrong and it changes the plan. Nothing has happened yet: press Start this, or Not this to drop it.
Someone who can edit and has access to the whole organization starts a plan, because it adds a new kind of record. On real data, an owner must first turn on AI under Settings → Plan & usage → AI.
Where the data comes from
Connected tools, public web pages, and records already in Bomuno. A plan marks a source that needs connecting, or one Bomuno can't reach. To use a file, add it first under Records and uploads, so it becomes records. If web search isn't set up, Bomuno can only read pages you name.
The page
Bomuno keeps what it finds as records and shows them as cards, a list, counts, or two lists compared. Facts come from the record. What Bomuno thinks sits apart, marked "Bomuno's reading, not a fact". Before saving, web addresses, dates and figures of two or more digits are checked against what it read in that run, and removed if they aren't there. It can still be wrong, so check what matters.
Keeping it current
A page updates once, every day, every weekday, every week or every month, by default at 07:00 Vientiane time, or when you press Bring it up to date. The line above it says when it last updated and what is new since you last looked. If a run fails or is cut short, the line says so, what it found is kept, and you get an email.
Change it by pressing Change it and saying what should be different. What it has kept stays: fields can be added, not changed or removed.
Sharing
Only you can see what it brings in, until you share it, though an owner's full export of the organization includes it. Sharing shows that list of records to everyone who can read records in your organization, including later ones, and can't be undone. Colleagues can also start their own copy from your instruction, with records of their own.
