People and roles
| Role | Can |

| Owner | Manage the organization, its members, its plan and its data. |
| Analyst | Add data, track work and ask questions. |
| Viewer | Read records, work and rooms. |
An owner can also limit a person to certain locations. Invitations are sent by email and stop working when they expire.
Signing in safely
Add an authenticator under Settings → Security. Bomuno never asks for your password or authenticator codes by email or phone.
Leaving or closing
An owner can export the organization's data at any time. Closing an organization is scheduled for 30 days later and can be cancelled until then. After that, every row it owns is deleted. Cancel a card subscription first.
