Work, agents and sign-off

Work

A workflow gives a kind of record its steps, such as Awaiting documents, At customs and Cleared. Assign each item to a person with a due date, and Bomuno reminds them.

Agents

An agent does a job you describe, on a schedule or when you start it. Anything it would change or send outside Bomuno waits for a person to approve first. Open the approval to read exactly what it would send.

Sign-off

Where a person must answer for a record, it goes to sign-off. Checks run first, and the person sees what was checked and where each value came from.

Connected tools

Under Settings → Connectors, each tool has a level: off, read, draft or act.
